Heute wird es verspielt in der Reihe Ger\u00e4uschwelten. Mit dem Franzosen Pierre Bastien kommt ein K\u00fcnstler nach M\u00fcnster, der experimentellen Entdeckergeist und Klangt\u00fcftelei in die Clubs gebracht hat. Bastien frickelt mit selbstentworfenen kybernetischen Apparaturen und l\u00e4sst diese ihre eigenen Beats kl\u00f6ppeln. Mit diesem Ansatz hat er es bis auf das Label von Aphex Twin, Rephlex, geschafft! Kontrastreich stehen diesem Konzert zwei weitere Gigs zur Seite. Seth Nehil ist Theoretiker und Vordenker der Field Recordings Szene: er schafft eigene Kompositionen ausschlie\u00dflich aus Ger\u00e4uschen der Umwelt, die er neuartig zusammensetzt und kombiniert. Der italienische K\u00fcnstler Pietro Riparbelli aka K11 erforscht die klanglichen Eigenschaften von Grotten, Katakomben und Kathedralen indem er in diesen R\u00e4umen extreme Frequenzen und elektronische Kl\u00e4nge abspielt und anschlie\u00dfen wieder aufnimmt. Ger\u00e4uschwelten wird gef\u00f6rdert durch das Kulturamt der Stadt M\u00fcnster, den Beauftragten der Bundesregierung f\u00fcr Kultur und Medien sowie durch den deutsch-franz\u00f6sischen Fond f\u00fcr zeitgen\u00f6ssische Musik \/ Impuls neue Musik.

Pierre Bastien (born Paris, 1953) is a French musician. He currently lives in Rotterdam. He has built several automatic orchestras. He always performs his concerts along with the last version of his many contraptions. The previous versions have a second life -though not virtual- as sound sculptures and installations. His collaborations include film maker Karel Doing, fashion design company Issey Miyake inc., video artist Pierrick Sorin, musicians Pascal Comelade, Robert Wyatt, Alexei Aigui, Steve Arg\u00fcelles, Phonophani, choreographers Dominique Bagouet, Roberto Olivan, circus company Trottola and juggler J\u00e9r\u00f4me Thomas. His music is released on Gazul, G33G, Inpolysons, Signature, Rephlex, Western Vinyl.

Seth Nehil is a composer, performance-maker and visual artist.\u00a0 With over 14 solo and collaborative albums on international labels, his music is characterized by its physical tangibility, dynamic impact and stochastic structure.\u00a0 He has created original sound scores for theater and dance, and recently debuted Children’s Games, a fusion of sound, video and live performance.\u00a0 Seth Nehil has been an editor of arts publications, an organizer of performance festivals and a curator of exhibitions.\u00a0 He currently teaches sound at the Pacific Northwest College of Art in Portland Oregon.

Pietro Riparbelli is a philosopher, composer and sound-multimedia artist based in Livorno (Tuscany). His compositions have been published by TOUCH (UK), Radical Matters Ed\/Label (IT), Aurora Borealis (UK), Actual Noise\/20buckspin (US), Afe Records (IT), Boring Machines (IT), Old Europa Cafe (IT). He is working in Italy with the Enrico Fornello Contemporary Art Gallery. Riparbelli\u02bcs performances and installations have been presented at D\u02bcAmelio Terras contemporary art gallery (NY), Equinox Festival (London), Nuit Blanche (Paris), Magazzino d\u02bcarte moderna (Rome), Palazzo delle Papesse (Siena), Flora (Florence), Fundaci\u00f3 T\u00e0pies (Barcelona), Base progetti per l\u02bcarte (Florence). He works with performances, sound installations and recorded works and in the last three years has been collaborating through selected projects with Massimo Bartolini, Nico Vascellari, Philippe Petit, Fabrizio Modenese Palumbo, Influx, Francisco Lopez, L\u02bcAcephale, Christina Kubisch, Seth Cluett, Burial Hex, Yannick Franck and others.
