Mit Son Lux gab es aber einen dieser Zufallstreffer, der mich sofort geflasht hat. Ein absolut brillantes Album, eine gelungene Synthese aus knackiger Electronica und klassischen Einfl\u00fcssen. Vor allem eine echte Symbiose und kein soundtrackm\u00e4\u00dfiges Weichsp\u00fcl-Neo-Romantik-Zeugs. Son Lux ist das Wunderkind Ryan Lott, der eine Ausbildung als Pianist und Komponist hat und sp\u00e4ter die Beats f\u00fcr sich entdeckte. <strong>We Are Rising<\/strong> klingt warm, es baut Streicher und Holzbl\u00e4ser passgenau in Schichten aus Retrosynths und zeitgem\u00e4\u00dfen Grooves ein.
